Here is a short video from Bob Mathews on loosing man boobs.
The tips shared by Bob in the video are not anything revolutionary but are very solid. I never really had thought about only doing incline chest exercises until watching this video and it has made a difference in the development of my pectorial muscles.
The other topic Bob hits on is common sense if you are above 30% bodyfat you will need to loose enough bodyfat to get below this number. He thinks 17% bodyfat is optimal, but I would say between 20%-30% and you will be in good shape.
